  •  If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge you a restocking fee of 25% of the amount of the order, plus all shipping charges incurred.
  • To ensure excellent quality, there is a 5-point inspection of all merchandise before it is shipped-- including final inspections by your sales rep and the order-packing department. In the unlikely event that a damaged item has been included in your order, please inform us within 5 days of receipt. We will replace it with exactly the same style, color and size you originally ordered. We are not responsible for damages incurred after receipt, or for items that have been worn for any reason.
