Shopping Policy: Styles are subject to availability. To ensure that you are not charged for an item that is not in stock, we personally verify each request for availability. Please call or email your purchase request to us. We accept credit cards through Pay Pal and in person. Your purchase will be shipped once your Pay Pal has been approved and cleared. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. EMAIL IS A NON-SECURE METHOD OF TRANSACTIONS.
Refund Policy: We carefully inspect our merchandise before shipment to ensure that our customers receive their purchase without damages. However, we understand that there will be times that problems may occur that are beyond our control. Therefore, we will exchange a damaged suit/dress, hat, or handbag. The replacement will be for the exact same style, size & color (all tags must still be attached). Customer satisfaction is our concern. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase. After 48 business hours the item cannot be exchanged. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip for proper credit. We thank you for being aware that all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds.
